Purpose of the role:
The purpose of your role will be to get our recruitment services and what we do known to our audience (healthcare professionals and healthcare clients)!
You will be one of the group directors of CloserRecruitment, with a scope on one region in the world.
Main mission:

You will be setting up the marking function for our start-up almost from scratch! You will develop our:
- Social media strategies for Linkedin, Facebook, youtube, etc
- Websites: work with our wordpress developers
- Our jobboard strategy and implement it
- Content marketing
- Pay per Click strategy
- Put in place analytics to monitor and assess marketing outputs.
- Email deliverability
- Work with our CTO to integrate our CRM with some external reso
Team:
Initially: Given that we are a small start-up, this will be a very hands-on role where you’ll be working in different marketing areas. We find this is an important stage so that you get to know ins and outs well, before managing anyone.
The marketing team will progressively grow as the company grows, and you will be leading that team.
The initial team will be made of
- A management team at mother company level, with the most important functions represented: Marketing, Data/BI, CTO, CFO
- Recruitment directors for our first business units
And we will growth things from there!
