Purpose of the role:
You will be one of the group directors of CloserRecruitment, with a scope on one region in the world.
Continuously enhance our Salesforce recruitment App and other systems to free our business from repetitive work, and allow us to focus on qualitative work with our team, client and candidates.
You will also become a leader in improving our business processes.
Main mission:

Given that we are a small start-up, this will be a very hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats: Business Analyst, Developer and Administrator. We find this is an important stage so that you get to know ins and outs of App well, before managing anyone.You will be closely working with the end-users, progressively understandings the ins-and outs of our business. This should help you become an initiator for functionality improvements and the general evolution of our systems.
Team:
Initially: you and 1 existing developer. The team will progressively grow (with developers, etc) as the company grows, and you will be leading that team.
And we will growth things from there!
